The star race of the Tenerife Bluetrail 2021 allows runners to cross the island, departing from sea level and reaching 3,550 m above sea level, the maximum that can be reached when ascending Teide's peak. It is 105 km long, and the race is distributed into paths (70%), tracks (17) and asphalt (13%). The maximum time for completion will be 25 hours.

This race will start on June 4, 23:30, departing from Playa Fañabé, Adeje, and passing through La Quinta, Ifonche, Vilaflor de Chasna, Degollada de Guajara, Roques de García, Pico Viejo, La Rambleta, Montaña Blanca, Lomo Hurtado, Recibo Quemado, Ladera de Tigaiga, Chanajiga, Tigaiga, El Asomadero, El Mirador de La Corona, Mirador de San Pedro and Rambla de Castro. The last stop will be in Puerto de la Cruz, where the finish line for all the races will be located.
